All of a sudden, I'm the team leader today. Surprise!~and they put me on Team A with Jing.I was like-What the hell...?Oh, forgot to mention, we also have a student nurse with us but...makes no big difference anyway. Thanx God at least she did couple of notes for me~Cheers~~ Well, I'm that kind of person: whatever you give it to me, I'll take it, no matter what. Who cares whether it's good or bad, you've been assigned there anyway.

Why things all come up at the same time? Central line IV meds, dressing is due today for both legs and arms, IDC removal (actually the doctor wanted to be removed ASAP,then rang me at 1500 asking whether the patient is voiding or not.Told her I removed the catheter at 1430, then she kind of blamed me for doing it so late...too many things need to be done at the same time,OK? I only have one pair of hands!), bladder scans, Going to OT then not going to OT, NBM then the doctor changed patient on light diet without telling me!!! The patient had nothing to eat since last night! Again, I wanna say - What the hell!! Just got bombarded with informations. Two patients for discharge...Sorry, I'm nearly going nuts! That's why I hate to be a team leader that's been put together with an EEN, especially in the morning shift, on a heavy side. It just sucks.

At the end of the day, Jing keeps telling me she wanna go she wanna go she wanna go because she wants to see her daughter and she wants to catch that train...Blah blah blah....which really annoys me when I was trying to finish my notes (Why can't u just shut the fu*k up? for goodness sake...). Who doesn't want go home on time or even earlier? But what's the point to keep saying that? She even said she would only do two notes because she did all the showers and washes. I was thinking- What? Now you are shitting me! Well, she thinks she's the boss, so be it. I don't give a damn. I'm the team leader so I have to make sure all work gets done properly. If anything happens, guess what? I'll get the shit of course because I'm the freakin' team leader...lol. I don't like to argue with people-waste of time~ 

I just got so stressed today, only concentrated on my food when I was having my lunch break while other people are talking about weddings, sex and boyfriends or whatever. I just kept listening and eating...XD...Well, I might do better next time. Damn, I'm really not good at time management. Thanx for the experience though.

I got home and don't feel sleepy at all. I must have got my adrenalin pumped up today...lol

Finally, if u don't understand what I have written, that's totally fine cuz I don't even know what I'm talkin' about. Just all bits and pieces....XD
